College of the Dice (Not Playtested)
A simple subclass that I made on a whim. The first feature I ended up making a magic item for a different game I DM and the player loves it. Actually, all of them do, to the point that they were discussing if they should pass it around so they'd all get a turn.
College of the Dice
Bards of the College of the Dice live by chance, trusting in the roll of bones and the shuffle of cards to shape their destiny. With every spin, throw, and draw, they weave chaos and fortune into powerful magic. Masters of risk and reward, these bards embrace unpredictability, turning the battlefield into a game where they always hold a winning hand—eventually. To them, every moment is a gamble, and the thrill of uncertainty is just another tool to charm fate itself.
Yahtzee
3rd Level - Roll 5d6 at the beginning of each round that you are not already under the effects of Yahtzee. Based on your roll, receive a buff or debuff from the chart below. You can only be under the effect of one buff, or debuff, from this feature at any one time and must wait until the previous effect has worn off to roll again. You gain an extra roll at the 6th and 14th levels, respectively. You may spend a bardic inspiration to roll use this feature outside of combat, or reroll during combat.

Loaded Dice
6th Level - When you, or a creature within 10 feet of you, uses a bardic inspiration die and rolls a 1, they may roll again. If they roll the max roll, the bardic inspiration die is not lost.
Lady Luck
14th Level - When you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, roll a bardic inspiration die. If it lands on an odd number, you drop to 0 hit points and receive one failed death saving throw. On an even number roll, you drop to 1 hit point instead and are immune to all damage until the start of your next turn.
You can't use this feature again until you finish a long rest.
